Frequently asked questions

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and packed - this does not include shipping times. If there is any issue with your order, we will reach out to you via the email listed on your order in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out with the respective carrier.

Your order will be delivered within 5–10 business days after it has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.

Standard shipping is offered at checkout.

As all of our products are made to order, and as such, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns on orders. If you've received your order and it was damaged or defective, please contact our support team with your order number and images of the garment immediately within 3 days of receiving your order.
